Grilled
Italian Chicken Breast
There is nothing like a good sun ripened
tomato in the summer time. One of my
favorite ways to use them is with chicken
breast on the grill. You'll love this
easy meat dish and you won't have to mess up
the kitchen making it! We love it and it
makes a good sandwich with your favorite roll,
too.
Beef
Sirloin Tip Stew (For the Grill)
Here is a quick and easy recipe for a meal
from the grill. It's just too hot to
cook indoors in the summer and grilling is an
easy way out. Make a cool Jell-o dessert
with this meal and a crisp green salad and
you've got dinner!
Pork
Chops with Maple-Apple Glaze
Here is a nice recipe for pork chops on the
grill. The apple and maple glaze gives
them a special taste that really compliments
the pork. I like to use French Style
Pork Rib chops when I do these and you can ask
the butcher to specialty cut the pork for you.
They only take 16 min. How fast is that
for dinner?
Ribs
with Cherry Cola Barbecue Sauce
This is a wonderful recipe for ribs.
The Cherry Cola gives them a real good flavor.
They are best on the grill but you can do them
in the oven or broiler if you like.
Serve them in the summer with fresh corn on
the cob and my twice baked potatoes, recipe
#25, and you'll be a hit!
Balsamic
and Roasted Garlic Marinated Steak
This is a wonderful recipe for the grill.
You must marinate for 8 hours first and then
it only takes 12 to 18 min. to grill.
There's just nothing more hearty then steak on
the grill. Great with my Twice Baked
Potatoes recipe #25 and a crisp green salad or
corn on the cob.
Herbed
Seafood Packets
This is a good seafood recipe for the
grill. Very good tasting and the neat
little packets are great for there is no clean
up mess. Picture a nice green crisp
salad, an ear of corn, some nice Crusty French
bread with butter and a packet of delicious
seafood, with scallops and shrimp served over
pasta! Doesn't that make your mouth
water? Lime Cheese cake (# 46) for
dessert? Yummy!
Barbecue
Chicken Kabobs
This recipe is one that I created and it's
so delicious. I think it's a pretty easy
one to do for the grill. My family loves
grilling out side in the summer time and even
when it's cold outside. I have often
asked my husband to grill outside on the patio
in the middle of winter with snow on the
ground. This is definitely one of our
favorites.
