Moni's Crab cakes

Crab cakes have always bee a tradition in our house.  After all, we are Marylanders!  I like using only the choicest jumbo lump crab meat for mine.  It is a bit more expensive but well worth it when you bite into these luscious crab cakes.

Broiled Salmon Fillets with Dill Sauce

This is a lovely recipe for the broiler, oven or the grill.  Salmon has always been a favorite of mine and it is especially good with Dill Sauce.  It takes only a short while to prepare and is well worth it.  Juicy and delicious!

Fried Oysters

My Mother-in-law always fired oysters for the men in our family.  My husband eats them with cocktail sauce.  Mom was always mindful not to use any kind of oysters but only the Oysters from the Chesapeake Bay in the Maryland and Virginia area because they simply tasted the best.  It is a very simple recipe.
